Outreach Department and Contact Center

The Outreach Department and Contact Center is a structural subdivision of the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legislative acts, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, regulations on the Department, as well as this Regulation.

The functions of the department include clarification of the tax and customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union; improvement of tax and customs culture and awareness of the public on the issues of tax and customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union; organization of seminars, meetings on tax and customs legislation for employees of city and territorial bodies of state revenue, as well as for legal entities – taxpayers; Ensuring high-quality execution of orders received from the Ministry of Finance and the Committee, the Department of State Revenue and other state bodies, as well as structural and territorial tax administrations on the appeals of individuals and legal entities
