Debt Management Department

Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the control over the execution of which is entrusted to the Department, participation in the implementation of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; ensuring the completeness and timeliness of taking measures to recover debts on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, social payments and administrative fines imposed on legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and persons engaged in private practice; exercising state control over the conduct of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, with the exception of banks, insurance (reinsurance) organizations and the unified accumulative pension fund.
