General information
Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, control over the implementation of which is entrusted to the Department, participation in the implementation of state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ensuring the completeness and timeliness of taking measures to collect debts in taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget, social payments and administrative fines imposed on legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals engaged in private practice, exercising state control over the rehabilitation procedure and bankruptcy procedures, for with the exception of banks, insurance (reinsurance) organizations and a unified accumulative pension fund.
