Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors

The Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region (hereinafter referred to as the Department).

The main tasks of the Management are:

-bringing the main strategy of the Department and Management to the territorial departments of state revenue (hereinafter referred to as the territorial Departments of State Revenue);
-participation in the preparation of draft normative and legal acts, orders, decisions and other legal documents, within the powers granted to the Department;
-implementation of state control over the rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures (with the exception of banks, insurance (reinsurance) organizations and the unified accumulative pension fund);
-monitoring the timely and high-quality provision of public services "Out-of-court bankruptcy procedure";
-implementation of state control over the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy
