Structure — Department for Work with Persons with Disabilities

The State Institution “Committee of Sport and Physical Education of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter - the Committee) is an agency of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports (hereinafter - the Ministry) responsible for inter-sectoral coordination and state control in the fields of physical culture, sports, and gambling. In its activities, the Committee is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government, and other normative legal acts, as well as these Regulations.The Committee functions as a legal entity in the organizational-legal form of a state institution and has seals, stamps with its name in the state language, letterheads of the established pattern, and accounts with treasury bodies in accordance with legislation. The Committee enters into civil-law relations on its own behalf and may act as a representative of the State in civil-law relations if authorized by law.The Committee makes decisions on issues within its competence in accordance with the established legal procedure, which are formalized by orders of the Chairperson or their substitute.
