Department of International Cooperation of the Committee of State Revenue MF RK

In accordance with the assigned task, the Department performs the following functions:

*representation of the interests of the Committee in relations with customs, tax, law enforcement and other bodies of foreign states, regional associations, as well as international organizations;
*preparation of materials together with the structural divisions of the Committee for visits of the Head of State and the Head of Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreign states, heads of foreign states to the Republic of Kazakhstan, management of the Committee for meetings and negotiations with delegations and representatives of foreign states, as well as the implementation of action plans based on the results of the meetings;
*organization of cooperation with law enforcement and state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international organizations, as well as with competent bodies of foreign states in the development of measures for detection and investigation of economic and financial crimes, in accordance with international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan;
*collection, analysis and dissemination of information in the Committee on progressive foreign experience related to the activities of the Committee;
*planning and monitoring of financial resources under budget programs 006 "Representative expenses" and 005 "Foreign business trips";

*organization of receptions of delegations of competent bodies of foreign states and international organizations;
*provision of information to individuals, legal entities, as well as representatives of competent bodies of foreign states and international organizations, carrying out activities related to the competence of the Committee, on issues of international cooperation, including the use of information technologies and mass media;
*interaction with other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of international cooperation within the competence of the Committee;
*keeping systematic records and keeping international treaties that are within the competence of the Committee;
*consideration within the competence of the Department of international treaties within the framework of the Committee's activities (hereinafter - *international treaties) and participation in negotiations on their conclusion;
*development, participation in the development together with the structural units of the Committee and preparation for signing draft international agreements concluded with competent bodies of foreign states, regional associations and international organizations;
*development and acceptance of participation in the development of draft legal acts and legal acts of the Committee, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as acceptance of participation in the consideration of draft normative legal acts and legal acts submitted to the Committee for approval within the competence of the Department;
*conducting monitoring of subordinate normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure defined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
*ensuring the implementation together with the structural divisions of the Committee of internal state procedures on draft international agreements concluded with competent bodies of foreign states, regional associations and international organizations;
*monitoring of implementation of decisions and international agreements within the framework of the Committee's activities concluded with regional associations, international organizations;
*ensuring cooperation within the competence of the Committee with embassies, diplomatic and consular institutions of foreign states accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international organizations;
*participation in the formation of the international legal base on issues of customs affairs, taxation, as well as law enforcement activities, within the competence of the Committee.
