Management of public utilities

Implementation of loans and subsidies for construction, reconstruction and modernization of water supply and sanitation systems, heat supply;

Development of standard rules for maintenance and protection of green spaces, rules for improvement of territories of cities and localities;

Monitoring the progress of passing and preparing for the heating season;

Participation in the formation and conduct of inter-sectoral coordination, monitoring and analysis of the activities of local Executive bodies in the field of heat supply (except for heat and power plants and boiler houses that produce heat in the district heating zone) within localities;

Participation in the development and coordination of state, sectoral and regional development programs;

Implementation of budget planning for the mechanism of co-financing of projects by replenishing the authorized capital of municipal enterprises for the implementation of framework agreements on partnership with MFIs.
