Office of the Legal Service of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
General information
The Office of the Legal Service is a structural subdivision of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main tasks of the department include the implementation of state policy in the field of electric power industry and the use of nuclear energy;
ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the committee;
generalization of the practice of applying legislation;
promotion and clarification of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organization of legal education in the state body;
participation in the development of drafts of legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents.
