Key Responsibilities:

1) formulating and implementing a unified policy on digitalization, artificial intelligence, telecommunications networks, communications and robotic technologies within the penitentiary system, taking into account the current level of technological development;
2) providing technical support for the penitentiary system in the areas of digitalization, artificial intelligence, telecommunications networks, robotic technologies and communications;
3) advancing digitalization, artificial intelligence, telecommunications networks, robotic technologies and communications within the penitentiary system;
4) introducing artificial intelligence technologies and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of management decision-making;
5) ensuring the implementation of innovative digital solutions and supporting the digital transformation of the Committee of the Penitentiary System.
