Information Technology Department

The main tasks of the Information Technology Department are the implementation of the concept of development of information technology projects of the State Revenue Committee. Organization of implementation, maintenance of system software, implementation of operational interaction with structural divisions of the Department in terms of implementation and operation of information systems of the Department; Ensuring the smooth functioning of server, computer, telecommunications, network equipment and information systems of the Department. Planning of budget funds for the functioning of information systems, including hardware and software complex and technological equipment; Preparation of materials for the formation of a budget application for implemented programs based on applications from structural units; Preparation of documents (technical specifications) for public procurement of goods, works and services for informatization programs; Organization of monitoring and maintenance of hardware, including network information and telecommunication systems; Control over service providers to fulfill their obligations, according to concluded contracts, in order to implement budget programs for the introduction and operation of information systems; Accounting of the material and technical base of the Department of Computer, server, printer and telecommunications equipment, spare parts and consumables; Ensuring information security of the Department's information systems. Preparation, provision and control of information technology security, in accordance with regulatory and methodological documents; Control of backup and archiving without Department data, in order to ensure the safety of the Department's information resources, system administration of server equipment, data warehouses, active network and communication equipment and information systems put into operation by the Committee;

The Department has the powers necessary for the implementation of its main tasks and functions, in accordance with legislative acts, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazaskhan, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic. The Head of the Department carries out the general management of the Department and is personally responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the structural subdivision of the state body and the exercise of its functions; Exercises other powers in accordance with the laws and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
