Provision of public services in accordance with the Provision of Public Services; monitoring the quality and timely provision of public services, tax control of the fulfillment of obligations by taxpayers, regulating the work on the formation of a database of state data of taxpayers; monitoring the timely accounting of taxes and other mandatory payments, social contributions; conducting work on reconciliation of tax authorities ' information on budget receipts of taxes and other mandatory payments with electronic documents of the Treasury bodies; monitoring compliance with the Rules for the provision of Public Services by the regional state revenue bodies; monitoring the operation of the "Electronic Queue Management" system in the territorial bodies of the Department; monitoring the registration and de-registration of cash registers; participating in the modernization of business processes of tax and customs administration; monitoring the correct and timely receipt of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, non-tax payments, social contributions to social funds; maintaining personal accounts, accounting for and returning the amounts of overpayments of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget; monitoring personal accounts for customs payments, taxes and penalties paid;
