Department of Finance and public procurement of the Committee for regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The main task of the Department is the formation of the Committee's budget and the effective use of budget funds. The Department, within its competence, carries out the preparation of legal acts on the establishment of the tender commission, on the approval of the tender documentation; develops draft contracts, organizes the conclusion of contracts with suppliers and contractors for public procurement of goods, works and services, maintains accounting records for fixed assets, inventory values of the Committee, also performs timely accrual and transfer of wages, vacation pay, temporary disability benefits and other payments to employees of the Committee.
