Human Resources Management

The Department is a structural subdivision of the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region.

The Management consists of two departments:

HR department;
department of internal investigations.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulations of the organization, the Regulations of the HRM, orders and orders of the head of the organization.

The main tasks of the management are staffing the organization with employees of the required professions, specialties and qualifications, selection and placement of personnel in the organization; Forecasting the state and management of processes aimed at improving the work of the personnel department; Organization and conduct of work in connection with training, training, improving their qualifications and evaluating the effectiveness of employees; Organization of personnel accounting system; Keeping records of personnel in the organization; Documentation and information support of the organization's activities, as well as its structural divisions on personnel issues; Analysis of the state of executive discipline; Participation in the preparation of material and moral incentives, as well as bringing employees to disciplinary responsibility; Development of measures to strengthen labor discipline, reduce staff turnover, loss of working time, monitoring their implementation; Organization of employee performance assessment, its methodological and informational support, participation in the analysis of certification results, constant monitoring of the implementation of decisions of the certification commission; Develops an event for the organization of public service in the system in accordance with the principles established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law "On Public Service", "On Law Enforcement Service" and requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption".
