Human Resources Management

The Department is a structural subdivision of the State Revenue Department for the Zhambyl region.

The department consists of two departments:

HR department;
department of internal investigations.

The department provides staffing of the organization with employees of the required professions, specialties and qualifications, carries out the selection and placement of personnel in the organization, develops corporate culture, conducts staff training.

Controls compliance in structural divisions with the legislation "On Civil Service", "On law enforcement service" in the Republic in relation to employees Kazakhstan and the Labor Code, the provision of established guarantees and compensation payments.The Human Resources Department is a structural subdivision of the State Revenue Department for the Zhambyl region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, Regulations on the Department, administrative documents of the head of the Department. The Management structure is approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
