Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, control over the execution of which is entrusted to the Department, participation in the implementation of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; ensuring the completeness and timeliness of VAT receipts to the budget, monitoring the implementation of the completed VAT indicators; ensuring the validity and timeliness of the refund of VAT excess amounts from the budget according to taxpayers' claims for the refund of VAT excess amounts, including using information systems (IS SONO, IS INIS/ECNA); ensuring the effectiveness of excise tax administration, completeness and timeliness of budget receipts, control over the execution of the completed indicators for this type of tax, including the use of information systems (IS Excise, IS "UKM", "E-licensing"); ensuring compliance by taxpayers with tax legislation, legislation on the turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, tobacco products, fur products, turnover of certain types of petroleum products and biofuels ;ensuring high-quality provision of public services in accordance with with standards and regulations for the provision of public services
