The Analysis and Risk Division is a structural unit of the Department and consists of 2 sub-offices:

  • analysis department;
  • risk department.

Management in its activity is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the State of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative-legal acts and Regulations of Management.

The tasks of the Department include fulfillment of the forecast estimate of tax receipts and other mandatory payments to the budgets of all levels, tracking the dynamics of tax receipts, payments and other financial obligations.

Ensuring efficiency of tax administration, control and coordination of work on identification of additional reserves of budget revenues, development of new models and directions on identification of reserves. Organization of work on application of risk management system in realization of tax and customs legislation.
