Structure — Ethics Commissioner Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection of the city of Almaty

The Department is a territorial unit of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan in Almaty. The implement the state policy in the field of pension and social security, social protection of people with disabilities, and conduct a medical and social examination – are the main tasks of the Department The Department together with the Government for Citizens Group of Companies assigns all pension and social payments from the Republican budget. In cooperation with medical institutions of the region, the Medical and Social Expert Commissions of the Department establish a disability group and develop the necessary rehabilitation measures for these citizens. In the framework of state control we ensure respect for the rights of people with disabilities and, when any violations are detected, take the necessary measures to restore them. One of the main tasks of the Department is to provide public services to the population. Аs of this date the Department provides 15 public services. We carry out awareness-raising work among the population of the region in the areas of activity of the Department, meet with the population on any issues of interest within the competence, also we carry out receptions of citizens on an ongoing basis Our main goal is social stability and well-being of our citizens!
