Ethics Commissioner

The functions of the Ethics Commissioner are assigned to a civil servant who has gained recognition and respect in the team.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulation on the Ethics Commissioner, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.12.2015 No. 153, by order of the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24.06.2019 No. 11, the duties of the Ethics Commissioner are assigned to Yerubaev Nurtugan Zhakanovich - Head of the Department for Coordination of Sanitary Protection at the State Border of the Committee.
