Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the Ulytau region

The state Institution "Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the region of Tulytau" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides leadership in the fields of culture and art, state language policy, archival affairs and documentation support in the territory of the region of Tulytau.

The state institution "Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the Ulytau region" is part of the structure of the executive bodies of the Ulytau region.
The state institution "Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the region" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The state institution "Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the Ulytau region" is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the treasury bodies.
The state institution "Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the region" enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.
