Algaziev Bolat Akimkanovich, was born and grew up in the village of Sharyn. Higher education. In 1972-1982, he received secondary education at the Charysh secondary school, where in the autumn of the same year he was drafted into the army to serve on civil duty. In 1984, after serving in the army, he continued his studies at the Almaty Hydro-Reclamation College. In 1987-1993 he worked in the water management institution "hydraulic engineer".
