Ensuring ,within the limits of its authority, the economic security the State, the legitimate rights and interests of business entities, society and the state; ensuring the completeness and accuracy of tax and other obligatory payments to the budget; ensuring compliance and enforceability, within the limits of its authority, of international regulations, tax and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the calculation, retention and transfer of social payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; implementation of other tasks, specified in the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
