Institution OV 156/1 DUIS for East Kazakhstan region

A pre - trial detention facility is a special institution
designed to contain:

- suspects and accused of committing a crime, in respect of whom detention has been chosen as a preventive measure;
- sentenced to arrest;
- sentenced to imprisonment;
- sentenced to imprisonment, abandoned or sent to perform maintenance work;
convicts who arrived from institutions in accordance with Article 88 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
