Institution of Minimum security EC-166/10 of the Department of the Penal System in the city of Astana

1. Minimum security institutions are divided into institutions for the maintenance of: 1) convicted persons specified in paragraph 1) of part five of Article 46 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) positively characterized convicts transferred from medium and maximum security institutions in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 96 of this Code.
