Institution OV-156/20 DUIs in East Kazakhstan region
General information
Punishment in the form of deprivation of Liberty in medium-security institutions:
1) convicted persons specified in Paragraph 2) of Part Five of Article 46 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) convicted persons transferred from institutions in accordance with subparagraph 1) of Part One, subparagraph 1) and 2) of Part Three of Article 96 of the criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) convicted persons transferred from medium-security institutions for the detention of minors in accordance with Article 156 of the Penal Code.
