Tourist Information Center of East Kazakhstan Region

The Tourist Information Center was established in 2012 to improve the quality of tourism services. It is the first state-run, free information service for tourism in the East Kazakhstan Region. The main mission of the center is to promote domestic and inbound tourism and to provide tourists with reliable and up-to-date information. Visitors can receive personalized route recommendations, use interactive maps, and learn about upcoming events and festivals. The center actively collaborates with tour operators, guides, hotels, and tourism facilities, contributing to the promotion of local tourism products.
