Customs post "Special Economic Zone "Astana-Zhana kala"

Within its competence, performing functions for the implementation of public administration and control in the field of customs affairs on the territory of the special economic zones "Astana-New City" and "Astana-Technopolis", ensuring the completeness and timeliness of taxes, customs and other mandatory payments to the budget, participation in the implementation of tax and customs policy, participation in the implementation of customs regulation of relations related to customs declaration, release and use of goods in accordance with customs procedures, customs control, identification and consideration of administrative offenses attributed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the jurisdiction of state revenue bodies and other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
