Customs operations and customs control; collection of customs payments and taxes, as well as special, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, control of the correctness of their calculation and timely payment, set-off (refund) and taking measures to enforce them; ensuring compliance with customs tariff regulation, prohibitions and restrictions, measures to protect the internal market in respect of goods transported across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union; compliance with the legal rights of declarants and persons engaged in activities in the field of customs affairs; control over the activities of declarants and persons engaged in activities in the field of customs affairs, their compliance with the conditions and performance of duties established by the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; customs control in respect of goods and vehicles transported across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union;
