Compliance with the customs and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union, control over the execution of which is entrusted to the Department, participation in the implementation of state policy; conducting customs operations prior to filing a customs declaration; performing customs operations related to the declaration and customs clearance of goods, including using information technology; ensuring completeness and timeliness of receipt customs payments and taxes to the state budget before the release of goods; ensuring high-quality provision of public services in accordance with the standards and regulations for the provision of public services.
