The competence of the Department includes: financial, economic and material and technical support for the activities of the regional akim and akimat;

formation of complete and reliable information about the activities of the institution and its property status; provision of information to the head of the institution in order to correctly carry out business operations by the institution; ensuring the accounting of the presence and movement of property and liabilities, the use of material and financial resources in accordance with the approved norms, standards and estimates, financing plans for budget programs for liabilities and payments, prevention of negative results of the economic activity of the entity;

implementation of procedures for organizing and conducting public procurement;

participation in the preparation of visits and receptions of official delegations, anniversary events.
