Was born on January 29, 1992 in Kazygurt district of South Kazakhstan region. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in tourism by the Faculty of economics of the International Kazakh-Turkish University in Turkestan. He achieved MBA in South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov.
