9) requests from the structural divisions of local executive bodies for education, educational organizations, training centers at organizations entitled to educational activities that carry out vocational training, information about the employment of graduates, information about the professions in which training is conducted, the number of trained and planned training and graduation of specialists in specific professions;

10) submits proposals to local executive bodies on the definition of non-settlements for the voluntary resettlement of persons to increase labor mobility;

11) coordinates the work of employment centers;

12) prohibits employers from providing information on the predicted need for personnel;

13) monitors organizations with risks of freedom and job cuts;

14) implementation of the organization and methodological support of work on the appointment and payment of state targeted social assistance, housing assistance and state benefits for children under 18;

15) assignment of social assistance for the purchase of fuel to specialists in the social sphere living in rural areas;

16) the organization of material support for children with disabilities who are brought up and trained at home;

17) assistance and stimulation of creation of additional jobs for socially - weakly protected categories of the population; including disabled people;

18) participation in the formation of state policy in the field of urban planning, ensuring the availability of infrastructure facilities for disabled and elderly citizens;

19) determination of needs and implementation of an order for the supply of special mobile devices, industrial and household appliances, other technical means of rehabilitation of disabled people;

20) ensuring the organization of prosthetic and orthopedic assistance to the population, the implementation of measures aimed at timely identification of persons in need of prosthetic and orthopedic and technical assistance;

21) development of a program for the provision of social assistance to the poor, based on the analysis and forecasting of living standards, as well as preparation of guidelines for the development of district and city programs;

22) provision of disabled persons with sanitary - resort treatment;

23) taking measures to send lonely citizens and disabled children, children with disabilities to special Internet homes, issuing referrals for the elderly, disabled people, including disabled children for the provision of special social services;

24) assistance in the creation of a comprehensive social protection network for persons in need of support on a state and charitable basis, in the development of a complex of specialized institutions and services that provide psychological, medical and social services to persons in difficult life situations;

25) registration of documents for disabled people to provide them with the services of an individual assistant for disabled people of the first group who have difficulty in movement, and a sign language specialist for people with hearing impairments;
