1) support in the development and implementation of regional programs for the development of industry, entrepreneurship and tourism;
2) preparation of projects to create networks of technology parks, business centers, business incubators, small innovation centers and other facilities aimed at supporting entrepreneurship;
3) ensuring the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, conducting information and explanatory work on legislation to support entrepreneurship;
4) organizing and conducting short-term training courses for business and tourism entities;
5) in accordance with the budget program, selection of priority projects, granting loans to business entities and monitoring them;
6) creating conditions for the implementation of the regional program for industrial and innovative development;
7) creating conditions for the introduction of international quality standards in the region's enterprises;
8) providing support and development of coordination of tourism activities;
