District Department of internal policy

- Distribution of local state orders for regional mass media, public relations;
- monitors the implementation of internal policy programs in the district, organizes the development and implementation of district youth policy programs, as well as solves some issues of their financing;
- requests and receives from state bodies, enterprises and organizations within the time limits established by the current legislation information and information necessary for the performance of the functions of the Department;
- information and analytical support for the activities of the akim and akimat of the district;
- Implementation of state information policy through mass media;
- coordination of the work of councils on youth policy and Patriotic education, on cooperation and interaction with non-governmental organizations, on interaction with religious associations and the Commission on state symbols;
- interaction with political parties, religious associations, and public organizations;
- organize subscriptions to periodicals and public holidays;
