Baishulakov Almat Muratuly

Prosecutor of the Pavlodar region

With the approval of the Head of State, by order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almat Muratuly Baishulakov has been appointed Prosecutor of the Pavlodar Region. He began his service in the Prosecutor's Office in 1997. Over the years, he held leadership positions in the prosecutor's offices of the cities of Almaty and Astana, as well as in the Almaty and South Kazakhstan regions, and in the General Prosecutor's Office. He also served as Director of the Department of Legislation and Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Justice, and Head of the Security and Law and Order Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2021, he has headed the Prosecutor’s Office of the East Kazakhstan Region.

Valiev Azamat Sardarbekovich

First Deputy Prosecutor of the region

On May 26, 2026, by order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Senior Counselor of Justice Azamat Sardarbekovich Valiev was appointed First Deputy Prosecutor of Pavlodar Region. He began his professional career in 2004 as an Assistant Prosecutor of Aktogay District, Pavlodar Region. Throughout his career, he held the positions of Head of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Investigation and Inquiry of the Prosecutor’s Office of Pavlodar Region, Head of the Criminal Prosecution Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of Mangystau Region, and Prosecutor of Munaily District. He also served as Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Service for Supervision over the Legality and Execution of Court Judgments that Have Entered into Legal Force of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Prosecutor of Munaily District in Mangystau Region. Since April 2019, he served as Deputy Prosecutor of Mangystau Region. Since January 2024, he served as Prosecutor of the city of Semey. Since May 2024, he has served as First Deputy Prosecutor of Abai Region. ​

Ermahanov Azamat Askaruly

Deputy Prosecutor of the region

By the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 November 2025, Justice Adviser Azzamat Askaryly Ermakhanov has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Pavlodar Region. He has more than 13 years of experience in law enforcement. He began his career in 2012 as Acting Assistant Prosecutor of Khromtau District in the Aktobe Region. Since August 2021, he has served as Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Nur-Sultan. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Astana.

Iskakov Erbol Kenzhebekovich
