The public Prosecutor's offices manage the unified system of public Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limits of their powers, exercise Supreme supervision over the observance of the rule of law in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the state, represent the interests of the state in court, and carry out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state.
