The bodies of the Prosecutor's office manage, within the limits of their powers, the unified system of bodies of the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on behalf of the State, within the limits and forms established by law, exercise supreme supervision over the observance of the rule of law in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represent the interests of the State in court and carry out criminal prosecution on behalf of the State.
