Project Office of the Akimat of Abai Region

The Project Office of the Akimat of Abai Region (hereinafter – the Project Office) operates on the basis of the Project Office Regulations approved by Order No. 05-r of the Akim of Abai Region dated January 26, 2023. The Regulations of the Project Office, the organizational structure of project management, and the assignment of project roles within the organizational structure have been approved.

The Project Office carries out its activities on the basis of JSC Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Semey” in order to provide practical support to the leaders of the Basic Directions and organizational-methodological support for the implementation of projects within these Basic Directions, ensuring the achievement of goals and target indicators in the implementation of national projects.

A dashboard for digital monitoring of the implementation of national projects and monitoring of the instructions of the Head of State has been created in the information system “Bitrix” (hereinafter – the information system). It displays consolidated information on the number of items, identified risks, existing deviations in project sections, and the responsible central government bodies (CGOs) and local executive bodies (LEBs).
