Department of State Law and Counter-terrorism of the Office of the Akim of Tolebi district

Ensuring the maintenance of a unified procedure for office management in the Office of the district Akim establishes uniform requirements for the organization and activities of legal services (hereinafter referred to as legal services).

The main tasks of legal services are to ensure compliance with the rule of law in the activities of state bodies;

generalization of the practice of applying legislation by state bodies; promotion and explanation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Organization of universal legal training in a state body;

participates in the development of draft legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents developed by the state body, including by coordination if they are developed by other structural divisions of the state body;

when considering legal issues of the activities of a state body in court, as well as in other organizations, in accordance with the established procedure, they represent the interests of the state body, analyze the state of judicial practice and make proposals to eliminate them and bring guilty officials to justice;

it is forbidden to assign additional functions to legal services that are not characteristic of their activities; participate in the development of draft legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other documents of a legal nature;

Coordinates monitoring of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state body on a regular basis in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; organizes systematized accounting of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their compliance with them, received by the state body.
