The competence of the department includes control, planning and organization of the department's work on the formation of the budget of the administrator of budget programs, the development of strategic and operational plans of the administrator, consolidated financing plans for the administrator of programs, individual financing plans for subordinate institutions, prepares calculations for them, ensures their justification, compliance with applicable regulations - legal acts, accounting and reporting, accounting and reporting of the organization.
