Main tasks:

Implementation of the state policy in the field of tourism infrastructure development .

Organization of work to attract investments in the development of tourist facilities and routes.

Support and monitoring of the implementation of investment projects in the field of tourism.

Analysis of the state of the tourist infrastructure (roads, engineering networks, service facilities, navigation signs, etc. ) and preparation of proposals for its improvement.

Participation in the development and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects for the development of the region 's tourism industry.

Main functions:

Development and coordination of the implementation of plans for the development of the tourist infrastructure of the region.

Interaction with investors in the tourism sector , providing them with information and analytical support. Identification and proposal of promising territories for the placement of tourist facilities.

Promotion of the tourism potential of the region through participation in investment forums, exhibitions and other events.

Review and approval of projects for the construction, reconstruction and improvement of tourist infrastructure facilities .

Preparation of statistical and analytical reports on the department 's activities. Interaction with other management departments and government agencies on issues of integrated tourism development in the region.
