Department for Work with the Disabled

1. General Provisions

1.the Department for work with disabled people (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural division of the Department for coordination of employment and social programs of the Kyzylorda region (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
2.The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution, laws, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as this regulation.
3.the structure and staffing of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Purpose: implementation of the state policy of social support for disabled people.
5. rights and obligations:
1) representation of the Department's interests in state and non-state organizations on issues falling within the competence of the Department;
2) request oral or written information, information, documents for analysis from state bodies, organizations, and their officials in accordance with the established procedure;
3) make proposals to improve the work of the department within its competence.
6. functions:
1) implementation of the state social support policy for persons with disabilities and children;
2) Organization of medical and social rehabilitation in the relevant territory in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of a disabled person;
3) Organization of spa treatment of disabled people and disabled children in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of Disabled People;
4) provide Disabled Persons with technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and (or) special means in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of the disabled person5) Mugedekterdinooamamdyn birlestikterimen birlesip madeni-kopshilik zhane aartartu ic-sharalarynaralyymdastyru;

3 . Organization of the Department's activities

7.The Department has the rights and obligations necessary for the implementation of its tasks in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the president and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8.the Department is headed by the head of the Department, who is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.the head of the Department exercises general management of the Department's activities, is personally responsible for the performance of the tasks assigned to him and the exercise of his powers.
10.the head of the Department submits proposals to the management of the Department on the structure and staffing of the Department.
11.documents sent on behalf of the Department to other departments on issues falling within the competence of the Department are signed by the head of the Department, and in case of his absence – by the person replacing him.
