1. Carrying out work to explain to the subjects of the agro-industrial complex the main directions and mechanisms of the state agro-food policy;
2. Creation of conditions for the growth of specialized livestock farms;
3. Ensuring the construction, maintenance and reconstruction of state stations for artificial insemination of animals;
4. Organization of the acquisition, maintenance of high-class breeding animals and rearing of replacement young animals for expanded reproduction;
5. Development of regional (regional) programs for the conservation and development of livestock breeding;
6. Subsidizing the costs of acquiring and maintaining producers and storing breeding products (material) in the breeding centers being created;
7. Subsidizing interest rates on loans received for the purchase of breeding animals;
8. Subsidizing the maintenance of high quality breeding queens and the purchase of breeding stock by agricultural producers;
9. Subsidizing the increase in productivity and product quality;
10. Organization of work on the introduction of artificial insemination of farm animals;
11. Purchase of cryogenic equipment for distribution centers and points of artificial insemination of animals;
12. Maintenance and publication of the state register of breeding animals;
13. Determination of annual quotas of sold breeding products (material within the limits of the established centers), subject to subsidization for each type and in the context of each subject in the field of livestock breeding, within the funds provided in the budget for these purposes;
14. Summarizing data on appraisal and informing interested parties about its results in order to stimulate the effective use of high-value breeding animals;
15. Implementation of subsidies for each type of breeding products (material), carried out at the expense of budgetary funds, within the limits established by the central authorized body;
16. Assistance in the development of a business plan for the development of livestock farming for agricultural producers;
17. Organization of work on the dissemination of innovative experience in the field of agriculture.
