Department for Analysis of the Implementation of Housing Construction Tasks

Tasks:

1) implementation of the state policy in the field of housing construction development;

2) monitoring and analysis of the implementation of the housing construction program;

3) development of measures for the development of the housing construction industry and their implementation;

4) control over the execution of documents of higher authorities, akim of the region, his deputies;

5) organization and implementation of control in the field of public-private partnership;

6) monitoring the achievement of housing construction indicators and the volume of construction and installation work.

Functions:

1) development and monitoring of the implementation of housing development programs;

2) consideration of complaints, applications of individuals and legal entities on housing construction issues;

3) control over the timely submission of reports and various information to the relevant authorities;

4) consulting departments of architecture, urban planning and construction of cities and districts of the region on housing construction;

5) ensures cooperation with the supervisory authorities on issues of compliance with legislation in the field of housing construction;

6) analyzes the impact of financial factors on the implementation of housing programs and projects;

7) prepares analytical reports on the financial and economic state of housing construction;

8) collects, systematizes and analyzes statistical data in the field of housing construction;

9) provides legal support for the department's activities in the field of housing construction, including the preparation of legal opinions on the implementation of housing programs and projects.
