1. grants land plots to individuals and legal entities on the basis of an application;
2. makes up the balance of the district's land;
3. issues a permit for the use of land plots for survey work;
4. conducts auctions (auctions) ;
5. prepares proposals for land reservation;
6. transfer agricultural land from one type to another;
7. determines the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots;
8. coordinates the architectural and planning task and the draft design;
9. gives information about the address;
10. prepares a resolution for the compulsory alienation of land plots for state needs;
11. controls the drawn up master plans for the district;
12. prepares proposals for approval of the cadastral (estimated) value of specific land plots sold by the state to private ownership;
13. organizes competitions for the provision of land plots that are in state ownership and not provided for land use, on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm farming, agricultural production;
