Department of housing and communal services

The Department implements state policy in the field of housing and communal services and improvement in the city, in particular, the organization of construction, reconstruction and repair of water supply, Sewerage, heat, electric networks and other objects of housing and communal services and improvement; the organization of works on lighting and maintenance of street lighting networks, landscaping and landscaping of urban areas; the organization of works on the sanitary maintenance of the city territory, the maintenance of burial sites and the burial of rootless people; participation in the formation of price (tariff) policy in the sphere of utility services; the provision of comprehensive care and assistance in the creation of cooperatives of owners of premises and interaction in support of cooperatives of owners of apartments and condominiums on the content of residential buildings and engineering equipment; conclusion of contracts of employment and of housing privatization from public housing Fund; an inventory of housing stock; provision of accounting, preservation and distribution of housing from public housing stock; identification of abandoned, unclaimed, real estate residential property; issuance of certificates for demolition and pruning of green spaces; implementation of measures to prepare a residential house (residential building) for seasonal operation.
