Tolebi District Department of land relations

Prepares proposals and draft decisions of local executive bodies of the district on the provision of land plots and changing their purpose; prepares proposals for the seizure of land plots for state needs; determines whether the land plot is divisible or Indivisible.

The department provides the following public services:

Issuance of permits for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another;

Approval and issuance of a project to restore damaged lands;

Issuance of a permit for demolition or reconstruction (replacement) of Geodetic points;

Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots;

Issuance of a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work;

Issuing a permit to change the purpose of the land plot;

Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests ,auctions) ;

Extension of the lease term of the land plot

Sale of a land plot in private ownership with immediate payment or in installments.
