Land Relations Department

The state institution “Department of Land Relations of the Zhanasemey District of the Abay Region” (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body authorized to perform the functions of regulating land relations.
The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.
The department is a legal entity, in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with the treasury authorities.

The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning carries out its activities on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 No. 242 “On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, regulations in the field of architecture and urban planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions, resolutions of regional and city akimats, maslikhat .
The main tasks of the architecture and urban planning service are to implement state policy and exercise control in the field of architecture and urban planning, compliance with urban planning regulations when carrying out any types of construction in the city.
