Department of Employment and Social Programs of Tselinograd region

Mission of the state institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Tselinograd region»:

Implementation of state policy in the field of employment, social programs, provision of special social services and civil registration.

Tasks:

The main task of the state institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Tselinograd region» is employment, implementation of social programs, provision of special social services and civil registration.

Functions :

1) develops a resolution of the district akimat on establishing a quota of jobs for disabled people and persons registered by the probation service of the criminal Executive inspection, as well as persons released from prison;

2) Organizes the provision of social and charitable assistance to the disabled;

3) ensure the provision of special social services to persons released from institutions, registered with the probation service, recognized as persons in a difficult life situation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special social services;

4) provides within the competence of the state services rendered in electronic and paper form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) implements the state policy in the sphere of providing special social services;

6) ensure the creation and operation of entities providing special social services under their jurisdiction;

7) organize personnel support for entities providing special social services, professional training, retraining and advanced training of social workers;

8) provides analysis of the population's needs for special social services;

9) carry out public procurement, as well as place a state social order for the provision of special social services and services for assessing and determining the need for special social services;

10) take measures to develop the system of providing special social services;

11) interacts with individuals and legal entities and state bodies on the provision of special social services;

12) develop rules for providing social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need on the basis of standard rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

13) provides housing assistance at the expense of budget funds;

14) register acts of civil status and enter information about registration in the State database of individuals in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Rights and responsibilities:

1) organizes the meeting procedure, participates in meetings of the district akimat;

2) provides coverage of the activities of the state institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Tselinograd region» in the mass media;

3) the state institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Tselinograd region» shall exercise its powers in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Regulation.
