Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development and Sports

The state institution “Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Development of Languages ​​and Sports of the Zhanasemey District of the Abay Region” is a government body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides leadership in the implementation of certain functions of local government within its competence.

The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.

1) ensuring control over the implementation of decrees, resolutions and other legislative acts of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
decisions, orders and instructions of akims of the region and city;
2) participation in the development of conceptual documents, preparation and examination of draft legal acts of the akim and akimat on issues within the competence of the Department;
3) participation in state regulation of internal political processes, coordination of the activities of local government bodies in the field of internal politics, organization of monitoring, analysis of forecasting the socio-political situation in the region, activities of political parties, religious and other public associations, development of recommendations and organization of work to ensure internal political stability , consolidation of society, propaganda and education of Kazakhstani patriotism, respect for
state symbols;
4) implementation of state youth policy in the region,
5) representing the interests of the city in international, interregional youth organizations;
6) information, propaganda, analytical support
work of government bodies;
7) coordination of information and explanatory work of local executive bodies, the activities of information and propaganda groups to explain the Strategy of Kazakhstan - 2050, Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan;
8) planning and implementation of international cooperation, implementation of international programs to assist regions;
9) organizing methodological support for information and explanatory work of government bodies, conducting training, training seminars on information and propaganda issues
work;
10) organization of educational work at the place of residence,
11) political support for the conduct of republican and local
socio-political, cultural events;
12) participation in the preparation of materials for akimat meetings on the most important
issues of internal political life of the region;
13) participation in the development and implementation of concepts and programs that determine state policy in the domestic political sphere, in the field of interethnic, interfaith relations, ensuring human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
14) carrying out work on the formation, accumulation, generalization of the classification of information computer and text database;
15) maintaining relations with political parties, national-cultural, human rights, religious and other public associations;
16) participation in the preparation and conduct of republican and regional
scientific and practical activities aimed at strengthening
internal political stability and democratization of political
processes in the region;
17) carrying out organizational, methodological and scientific research work, jointly with other government bodies, within the competence of the Department;
18) implementation of other functions provided for
legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
19) ensuring the administration of local budget programs on issues of domestic policy;
20) interaction with NGOs in accordance with the Concept of state support for NGOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
21) monitoring, analysis and control to improve the rating indicators of the city’s socio-economic development;
22) development of the strategic and operational plan of the Department, ensuring the achievement of goals, objectives and indicators defined by the strategic plan;
23) political support for public holidays;
24) decorating the city with socio-political advertising.
