Department of internal policy

The state institution "Department of internal policy of Semey city of Abai region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the implementation of certain functions of local government that fall within its competence.

The Department operates in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.

1) ensuring control over the implementation of decrees, resolutions and other legislative acts of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
decisions, orders and instructions of the regional and city akims;
2) participation in the development of conceptual documents, preparation and examination of draft legal acts of the akim and akimat on issues within the competence of the Department;
3) participation in state regulation of internal political processes, coordination of activities of local state bodies in the sphere of internal policy, organization of monitoring, analysis, forecasting socio-political situation in the region, political parties, religious and other public associations, recommendations and organization of work on ensuring internal political stability, consolidation of society, promotion and education of Kazakhstan patriotism, respect for
state symbols;
4) implementation of the state youth policy in the region,
5) representation of the city's interests in international and interregional youth organizations;
6) informational and analytical support
work of state bodies;
7) coordination of information and explanatory work of local Executive bodies, activities of information and propaganda groups to explain The strategy Kazakhstan-2050, Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan;
8) planning and implementation of international cooperation, implementation of international programs to assist regions;
9) organization of methodological support for information and explanatory work of state bodies, conducting training, seminars and trainings on the issues of information and propaganda
works;
10) organization of educational work at the place of residence,
11) political support for Republican and local elections
socio-political and cultural events;
12) participation in the preparation of materials for meetings of the mayor's office on the most important issues
issues of internal political life of the region;
13) participation in the development and implementation of the concept and programs that determine state policy in the domestic political sphere, in the field of inter-ethnic, inter-religious relations, ensuring human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
14) implementation of work on the formation, accumulation, generalization of classification of information computer and text databases;
15) liaising with political parties, national-cultural, human rights, religious and other public associations;
16) participation in the preparation and conduct of national and regional
scientific and practical activities aimed at strengthening
internal political stability and political democratization
processes in the region;
17) performing joint organizational, methodological and research work with other state bodies that is within the competence of the Department;
18) performing other functions provided for by the law
legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
19) ensuring the administration of local budget programs on internal policy issues;
20) interaction with NGOs in accordance with the Concept of state support for NGOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
21) monitoring, analysis and control to improve the rating indicators of socio-economic development of the city;
22) development of the strategic and operational plan of the Department, ensuring the achievement of goals, objectives and indicators defined by the strategic plan;
23) political support for public holidays;
24) design of the city with socio-political advertising.
